Those are Rubbermaid Fastrack rails and dual hooks. They work pretty slick for CBG's.  Probably not the least expensive approach but not too bad if you wait for a sale to roll around.

Okay, I finally got the time and weather to set up and make some sawdust. So, here's my work space...

When we moved from Nevada back to Oregon in November of 2012, I went from a 26' X 26' workshop to an 8' X 10' shed, a 10' EZ-Up, and my gravel driveway. All of my big tools are in storage, and I'm down to using benchtop tools. Oh well. I still gets it done...
