Hi Daniel. It’s a big slab of Cedar from Big Fork Minn. got it on the way to Effie for a Jug Band Boogie. I’ve had it for many years. Going to make a lap steel and some banjo pots someday. I like working cedar. It carves so well. Maybe some of it’s scrap will make shoes.

very well made. love how the neck wood matches the box. like it's one piece. if i were to change anything, it wouldn't be the guitar, i'd take that piece of knotty pine in the background , cut it up, and make some dutch shoes. :)D (especially comfortable, great in the snow).
