Comment by David Fultz on March 1, 2009 at 9:27pm: Thanks , 1st time with a router too. Well, second.. It got away from me on the 1st practice piece so i knew not to do that again. Then i just went for it. She is only 8.5" square so i didn't have much room for spacing. if I had anther 1/16th of an inch It would have two beer caps. lol.
I cut a piece of rubber hose 5/8" long or so and super glued to the cap. Still leaves plenty of hose for whacking.( Boy, that don't even sound right.)lol
