Event Description

Have you ever attended a cigar box guitar fest and wished there was more time to talk to other builders? Cigar Box Nation: Central PA is a monthly event for cigar box guitar builders to gather every Second Saturday and talk all things "cigar box guitar!" Maybe we'll all do a little acoustic jamming, too.  This meet-up is hosted by Shane Speal.
The first gathering will be held at the York Town Craft Guild, a fantastic maker space in York PA located inside an old firehouse!
  1. Bring a couple instruments to show off or to ask questions about.
  2. Parts swap: Got guitar parts you're not using? Bring 'em and swap for other's parts.
  3. Shane Speal will have a seminar and we'll also have severalhistoric cigar box guitars from his museum on display.
  4. A $5 cash donation is requested at the day of the event. (We're just covering costs for the venue rental.)
This is not a concert. No vending or selling.
