no problem about the questions,glad if i can help.most of the internal can resonators i build do set on dowells and has no attachment just floats there and the string pressure is what holds every thing together,even the biscuit floats and rest on top of the can. other resonators i build has the resonator setting in the lid of the box not attached but just resting there,like the paint can lid. then there are others i build that get a little more complicated like the chevy hubcap build where the aluminum hubcap is attached to the end of the neck before it all sets in the box. any thing you want to know i will be glad to help just ask and dont worry about how much you ask cause that is how we learn, just let me know how i can help you and i,ll be glad to.

hey mr.johnson on my pic pages 10 and 11 i have progress build pics of the cohiba resonator if you would like to see them. it started out as a tobacco tin lid resonator and i have a vid of it that way too. i just got a uke kit and modified it with it. those pics are on my 1st page of my pics. the tobacco tin lid that was the resonator before was in a batch of a few tobacco tins that i bought from e-bay and the lid was by itself and i later found out what kind of can it came off of by searching thru a lot of tobacco tins on e-bay. it was on a vintage sir walter rileigh can from the late 40,s early 50,s. thanks fer the comment on the vid.
